Focus groups

Recruiting and running focus groups in both trade and consumer environments. This provides the in-depth understanding of participants' views and opinions regarding specific products and services, including comparative product testing.

Mystery shopping

Checking that agreed activities are being put into action. This can include adherence to pricing, display and customer service.

Test selling
